About Me
Born in Malaysia to Malaysian-Chinese and Malaysian-Indian parents, Priscillia knew early in life that her calling was in broadcast media. After placing in the Top 6 at the 1999/2000 Miss Malaysia/World pageant, she followed that calling and in May 2000, took home the Silver Award at the 5th Malaysian Video Awards for Best Experimental Video in the Amateur 18 & Below category. She then went to on to graduate with a BA in Mass Communication majoring in Journalism and Film & TV from Curtin University in Perth, Australia.
She has worked in the radio broadcasting industry in the UK as well as in Malaysia at some of the leading radio stations in both countries. She has held positions including that of producer and presenter. The resume also includes time at a Malaysia breast cancer awareness charity where she was Communcations Manager.
Priscillia now resides in San Marcos, Texas where she is pursuing her MA in Mass Communications at Texas State University She hopes to continue her career in broadcasting and bring it to the next level.
